Our Encore sessions lead you through our step-by-step tried and true process and provides you with a methodology to be able to do it again and again. You’ll learn through interactive exercises, video feedback, one-on-one coaching and relevant real-life examples. You can also expect rich discussions that elevate the content and enhance the workshop experience.
By incorporating the Encore tools and methodology into your regular communication planning, you’ll be able to increase the level of effectiveness and build greater trust and responsiveness in the people you’re communicating with.

The foundation of the course. This step in the process cuts to the core of who you are and what you offer. Through thoughtful and practical exercises, self-reflection and coaching feedback, you’ll learn the best practices for your unique communication style and strategy.
Communication Design
Together, we’ll craft your presentation. This step in Encore outlines the structure for your information and how you’ll deliver it in a way that’s most effective.
Delivery
The fun part. In this section of the course, you’ll put all you’ve learned to the test and get live feedback on your presentation delivery. In a stress-free, non-judgemental environment, you’ll be communicating like a pro in no time.

Virtual Encore Program
We also offer a virtual Encore option for instances where travel and in-person gatherings aren’t an option. We’ve taken the most critical aspects of Encore and condensed it into a virtual gathering space. You receive the same one-on-one coaching, feedback and support in the comfort of your home.
These six sessions will be live on Zoom and span the course of three weeks. Each session is two hours in length and will be recorded to watch back at any time.
Virtual Encore Structure
In the first session, you can expect to be welcomed into the group and begin the learning process right away. We’ll go over the communication context which includes exercises on authenticity, creativity and connection which will lay the foundation for the rest of the course.
In session two, you’ll discover that you have the power to connect with anyone. The Power To Connect exercise has been refined and perfected by Teresa over the last 30 years through coaching hundreds of people on their communication journeys. It gets to the core of who you are and teaches you how to eliminate any noise in order to truly connect with your audience.
In session three, you’ll learn how to design and deliver an effective presentation. Every. Single. Time. This process and methodology is used by world-famous speakers and presenters and will help you with the specifics of what goes into a presentation that works.
The final three sessions are where you have the chance to apply all that you’ve learned and practiced into a real presentation. This is where the magic happens. You’ll get live feedback from your audience and Teresa in a non-judgemental, stress-free environment.
