| 📌The first category is a “Founder Leader”, the one who comes up with the big ideas and has a big vision.
📌The second category is a “Growth Leader”, this is the person who will take the raw material from the great ideas and grand vision and bring it to the next level to grow it exponentially.
📌Last, and certainly not least we have the “Sustained Leader”. This person/people will take the vision, keep it moving along and maintain a solid, stable organization that will easily move into the future.
All three categories are critical to build a successful organization. And it’s always important to be building out your “bench strength”, identify who the next generation of leaders are in your organization and begin to set them up for success now by nurturing and mentoring them.
