With the current challenges in our ability to travel, sell in person, and rely on face to face interactions, we knew it was time to adapt our core program to meet the needs of people who need to communicate effectively in order to be successful at their jobs. Sales people, leadership teams, supply chain management, marketing professionals and entrepreneurs from all industries can now get the full benefit of Encore Communication Coaching online.

We created the virtual Encore Communication Series, so you can experience the full benefit of our core program, with added content to address the unique demands of running virtual companies, meetings , and/or recorded messages.

The Connect To The Core Approach 

Whether virtual or in-person, the focus of Encore is always on the two biggest components of communication that achieve extraordinary results: doing and being.

The "doing" part encompasses the skills and techniques necessary to have a polished communication. We begin with laying a sound communication strategy called The Power To Connect. We follow this strategic thinking with the "how to" of designing a presentation. This includes:

• A structure that enables the audience to follow what you're saying every step of the way

• Content development that goes beyond a data dump. As we've seen over and over, more information does not necessarily persuade, so we coach on how to weed through the data and create content that is compelling and engaging

• The final skill we work on is the actual delivery, making it powerful and impactful.

Without a powerful messenger, it won't matter how compelling the message. Both the content and delivery portion of the skills section has changed in our new world, and the participants get the opportunity to test it out in the workshop

The second component for achieving extraordinary results is the "being" part. Now more than ever audiences are looking for communication with "real" people. We've been inundated with sanitized, polished, packaged, slick communicators and are looking for someone to relate to, make a connection with and for someone who listens and understands. The results of the combined skills and authentic self turns people into their best, most influential selves.

What to Expect

Virtual Encore is a series of six 2-hour sessions that provide all the methodology and tools that will enable the participants to quickly create a piece communication that connects with the audience and gets the desired results.

We have incorporated exercises, recordings, feedback, and deep conversations in an environment that allows for customized coaching based on the skill level and needs of the individuals in the workshop. Class size is limited to a maximum of 8.

The investment for Virtual Encore is $499 USD per person plus applicable taxes, for the workshop and all the materials.
